Momentary White Light Rocker Switch – (ON)-OFF

The V2D1-AW0B is a momentary LED backlit rocker switch.  It is Single Pole Single Throw (SPST) and it’s function is (ON)-OFF, where (ON) represents a momentary function.  It has one independent white LED at the top (What’s this?).  This switch would be used when you want backlit switches, for momentary loads like a horn and you want the backlight to be white to match all your other white switches.  The top lamp acts as a backlight (triggered by another source), there is no indicator (unnecessary since it’s momentary).

The switch is identical to our V2D1-A60B (white) and our V2D1-AC0B (red) except it uses white LED lighting.

When this white LED rocker switch is used in conjunction with our custom etched rocker switch actuators, the symbol and label will look white when not backlit (b/c the actuator core is white), but will provide a stunning white illumination when backlit.  White LEDs are also a good choice when the switch will be backlit most of the time b/c it produces less heat and operates longer than white incandescent lamps.

This is a rocker switch body only.  This V-series switch is meant to be paired with our custom etched rocker actuators (covers) or other actuators for a complete switch unit.  All actuators sold on this site will fit this switch.  When using our custom etched actuators you would NOT want to add a “Bottom Lens” for this switch (What’s this?).

Like all our rocker switches this is a genuine Carling Technologies product.  It is IP68 sealed dustproof and waterproof.
