V6D1-D66B ON-OFF-ON Rocker Switch, Single Pole

The V6D1D66B is a quite common rocker switch used to switch two loads in an A (or) B combination.  It is Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) with an ON-OFF-ON function.

The V6D1 rocker switch has two dependent lamps, one at the top and one at the bottom  (What’s this?).  This switch would be used when you want to feed (2) loads from 1 source (like forward or rear lights).  The lamps act as indicators when the switch is on.

You would probably NOT want to use this switch for a boat’s navigation and anchor lights, for that you’d want a Double Pole rocker switch like this one.  We also carry this switch function with two independent lamps if you needed to setup this up for night-time backlighting.

The V6D1 rocker switch is the body only.  This V-series switch is meant to be paired with our custom etched rocker actuators (covers) or other actuators for a complete switch unit.  All actuators sold on this site will fit this switch.  When using our custom etched actuators you probably would want to add a “Bottom Lens” for this switch (What’s this?).
